What to expect

A regular Non-Linear Movement class lasts 1 hour including the introduction and takes place online via Zoom.

I will briefly explain the basic principles of this trauma-sensitive, intuitive movement method, after which you will position yourself on your mat/blanket, close your eyes and allow yourself to be guided by my instructions, but above all by your bodily impulses and your feelings.

Depending on the theme I´m choosing for the class (Moving What You Are Feeling, Release, Calling In, Pleasure), I support you with a suitable playlist that I have put together and I´ll give you plenty of time between the individual instructions to arrive at yourself and connect with your body and your feelings and to express them through your movement.

At the end, I will give you time to relax and integrate your experience before we close the class.

During the movement practice you can turn off your camera and fully enjoy the intimacy of your own space.
